Take your money and refuse to give it back

Literally admitted to taking my money even after cancelling with them - had it all on recording so very difficult for them try and squeeze out of this one. Then this morning got told oh no there is nothing on their system about owing me money, that I must be mistaken. ****** ******* and TERRIBLE customer service
