Take my Money but Dont Bother Helping Me

<p>I joined Planet Fitness Fourways MegaClub in January. I pay every month and never question when they take levies.</p> <p>I recently moved and hence needed to change the club. I waited 2 weeks for a response!! Then eventually, someone from Fourways got the delightful call centre to help me! <br /><br />I was informed they can do the move and will debit my account and let me know at a later stage when I can go to the new gym.... That was a week ago! Still waiting for an answer??? But my account will be debited this week!</p> <p>I then request for the call centre to contact me regarding just cancelling due to this delightful service... again a week and still wiating.</p> <p>I contact Fourways for assistance and got told, O well wait for them or log another request - seriously??? </p> <p> </p> <p>Absolutely disgusted! </p>
