******** suspension of my membership - ID No. ***

I am an active member of PF gym which my DO failed on the payment due date and alternatively paid using EFT. My monthly premium is R649.00 and I paid R650.00 via EFT which to my surprise my membership is still suspended and I am told I now owe R17.00 which is extra charge for the failed DO I requested that the R17 be added on the next Debit Order date and they said it will be done but my membership will remain suspended for the owed R17. This suspension of my membership is unfair and ********* because I have paid the monthly Premium.
