Super bad service

So discussed with this company.

Struggling a week now to sort out my contract. They debit my account with the incorrect amount. I've phoned them went to the branch send them I mail but still the servive that i get from them is so bad. The revamp our gym but with lot of issues and systems that where offline. And me asking at the club what to do and no assistance I need to pay tripple on my gym fees. After I've send them a mail they only reply with a stupid answer that I only visit them 11 times and not 12.

Really unacceptable
