Substandard Service

This is my second month with Planet Fitness in Pietermaritzburg and regrettably I’ve received substandard service. The accounts department debited the monthly fee on the 1st which shows on my transaction statement and debit order history. I get to the gym to be told that my account has been blocked because the payment bounced which evidently did not as I have money in my account and have been going to the gym since the 1st. I will not pay for a service I cannot even utilise
