Student are being taken advantage of by Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness Pietermaritzburg is taking advantage of students. I signed up for for membership which I have not activated yet. The university then excluded me, I then tried to cancel my membership with the company but now they say I need to pay R850. I'm not sure why I'm being charged for this as I had not started using the benefit or activated my membership. This is a ******* for students and chances are you will have more students feeling like this as you do not ensure that we are informed of terms and conditions before we sign up.
