struggle to cancel contract Lynwood

<p>End October went to Lynwood Planet Fitnette because i join Vitality to join the gym. Came their the lady assist me nicely, I told her i want a Vitality contract no she said she have a better contract for me do i have an Edgars account. She went out of office came back, She said she make a call to Edgars and get a contract for free i must just go on and pay my Edgars as i pay it now. I ask her how does it work. She said she does not know but this is the best contract'an after a year i can join the vitality contract. when i recived my Edgars account i saw that Edgras pay Planit fitness something like R3450 rand and i pay interest rate on the totoal debt with Edgars. i went back to the gymand e-mail the manager and told him the story. . No feedback from manager he will check and see what he can do for me. December they wrote a Vitallity contract since then i pay 2 contracts. i still struggle to get my money back on my Edgars account. This not acceptable. How many times was i at Planett fitness and everytime the tell me Edgars will call me and promise me i did not had any call. What must i do and where must i go to get my refund back.</p>
