Stress costumer

Seems like I'm always getting in trouble with cancellation so I took a gym contract with planet fitness after the 1st month paying for it I realized it was of no use to me so I messaged the agent that helped me and asked to cancel only to find out he did not when I quried this I was told he was no longer employed there n since I don't have proof nothing can be done sad part my contract ended where I was working and I could not afford a cancellation fee so they said they will cancel the contract at the expirey date so I have to pay them an amount o6800 for an account that I never used worse I did ask for the cancellation this is just too much for me
