Why are your agents misleading customers.

I had a 12 month contract which I NEVER USED not even once due to me having a new born and health reasons.

My contract ended of Feb for monthly debits of R299., I didn't mind the debits after my child was born as it was almost towards the end of my contract.

Now I'm disappointed in planet fitness as it is only brought to my attention that I have to pay monthly for debits of R599.50 (You can not be serious)

Irregardless if my vitality and the contract I agreed to did not have that figure and why can't anyone see that I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN TO YOUR GYM... NOT EVEN ONCE.

Please END THIS NOW or I will take it further I promise.

One agent told me I had to go to the gym if I wished to cancel my membership now I was on a call with another agent who was able to cancel my membership but now this is after the increase in the amount im being debited.

Please guys let's not do this, keep your hands away from my bank account as my time with you has expired.
