stop taking my money

As a freelancer I could not commit to a monthly payment gym contract so I took the once off paid in full option.<br> <br> I was informed by the sales consultant/ management and gym management that I do not have to pay the double leavy in December as my membership is paid in full. Double leavy Is poor financial management. <br> 9<br> December I confirmed this with the gym and I was reassured that I am not liable for the double leavy, despite the message from head office saying double leavy will be ducucted. <br> <br> Double leavy was indeed deducted! I had a look at my contact and I signed for one deductible amount, meaning any other amount deducted from my account is unauthorised and indeed *******. <br> <br> This is the third month I have been asking the bank the reverse unauthorised amounts deducted by Planet fitness (the bank says that so many Planet fitness customers come in for the same thing!), the third month I've been asking management and head office to fix this error. I even sent head office a mail and no response, just legal action will be taken against me. <br> I am sick of this poor administration service!!!!! They are in breach of verbal and written contract.
