STOP *****ING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I cancelled my membership on the 14 Oct 2014. I paid the cancellation fee as well yet am still being charged. In Dec money was taken out of my aco****, when I called for a refund was told to wait for the offices to open on the 14th January. Again 28 Jan 2015 money was taken out of my account. *** is wrong with the staff from Planet Fitenss??? Return my money or I will go to the ombudsman as well. I called the ****** call centre today and they were not much helpful. Wanted to speak to Tate's supervisor Thato Mokatlo and he said \he will see if he can me back."Who is the customer here?
