STOP DEBITING MY ACCOUNT

I cancelled my gym contract, got confirmation from them that it was cancelled, and now, every month I have to reverse the debit order because they have not cancelled the debit order, I call in and they say "sorry, we see it's cancelled, please ignore sms and phone calls." Then next month comes and they debit the account again, the next time you debit the account I will be taking legal action!
