Still waiting to be contacted

Planetfitness Head office said they would call me back last week, after i called them, I'm still waiting for the call. This company account they have here,on Hellopeter, responded and said they tried calling me(on Friday) but couldn't get hold of me and that they sent me an email. They ****! My phone was on the whole of Friday, I did not receive a call from planetfitness or an email. If this is not fixed by this Friday, i have no choice but to involve a lawyer and Planetfitness can just cancel my contract. I'm not going to pay for months I didn't use your facilities because of your poor customer service!! I cant even access the gym because of something that's your mistake. Your service is beyond disgusting
