STILL WAITING ON OUR REFUND!!!

07 Sep 2020, 13:51 Disgusted in LACK of client service!! ******* just taking our money!! According to communication received from PLANET FITNESS, gyms only opened on 28 August 2020 so my question is WHY DID YOU DEDUCT R1 122,00 from my husband's account?!?!?!?! This sums the amount of 5 months!!!!! How are we being charged for the months during a national LOCKDOWN?!?! You people are pathetic.

I am pregnant and i am not coming to a public place and putting my life or my family's lives at risk!!! I WANT TO CANCEL OR ATLEAST FREEZE THIS CONTRACT!!!! but ofcause NOBODY responds!!!!!

HOW DO WE AS CLIENTS GET ANY REACTION FROM YOU ?!?!

Wrote the above review on 7 September already. They were quick to phone back and promise a refund , also told us to contact Sanlam reality to freeze our membership and said that they (PLANET FITNESS) would arrange the refund with sanlam reality but still NOTHING!!!! And ofcause they don't respond to emails now.
