Still WAITING FOR REFUND!!!!!

Firstly, I took out a contract to gym at the Planet Fitness Cobble Walk as it is convenient enough for me as it is not that far to where I live but to be told that I must go gym at another branch which repair work is under way is unacceptable as the contract I signed was for Cobble Walk and other branches are way further which means I would have needed to drive out more petrol and also to learn that the Planet Fitness Cobble Walk was never repaired or reconstructed as Zone Fitness took over the building. That to me is pathetic service as no-one at Planet informed its clients about! I am also well aware of many clients like myself that was at Cobble Walk that cancelled their contracts with Planet because of their **** service, some never paid a cancellation fee and others received money back for premiums paid but did not receive a service i.e. was not able to gym because of the fire. According to my calculations I should be refunded with the amount in the region of +-R4578 (R218 x 21 months). P.S. STOP debiting my account!!!
