Still waiting for my refund...

To start with my whole experience with this very effective gym is they deducted full months gym fees instead of the Vitality fees. Well yippy that took a while to short out. Now it’s to get the refund out of them, the original communication was 14 working days, then they said they only load their payments on Fridays. Now it’s already 2 weeks later and every time I phone them they guarantee me it will be this Friday, guess what…. nothing. Now I will have to wait for the next Friday. This is the worst experience I ever had with a gym, if it was not for the joining fees with theses gyms on Vitality, Virgin Active here I come!
