Still trying to get money from me

So my membership was cancelled using the ways provided, I NEVER received any confirmation as this was being attended to and still have all the emails and read receipts to prove it. I went to 2 different planet fitness gyms and inquired how the payments work as I was told from both that you pay for the month in advance, like if the money gets taken end of September that payment is for the month of October. And knowing how planetfitness is and had this issue before a few years back I made sure that PF was not taking money again after seeing all the complaints on hellopeter. And then I get the sms this morning and a phone call to say I must pay. This is not going to happen. Always had issues at all the gyms and never received any of my vitality points as well. I WILL NEVER EVER support planet fitness again in any way and make sure everyone I know will do the same. Get your stuff right and dont ask me to pay for something I dont have or use
