Still taking my money!

On 29 Aug I complained about you taking debit orders off my account even though I DON'T HAVE a membership with you anymore! Your agent had the audacity to tell me that I have to get the right member to phone you to sort this out. This is not my job and I am sorry but I'm taking this MUCH further this time. Every time you take money off my account I have to reverse it because of YOUR mistake. And in turn pay bank charges for reversing the money! I want my money back and ALL the bank charges I had to pay because of you!!!!!! I am sick of having to phone you to sort this out and even more tired of paying for someone else's membership! And not only does it look bad on my bank account IT AFFECTS MT CREDIT PROFILE!!! SO because of YOUR carelessness I have been denied a bond for a house because of debit orders that I have to reverse because of you!!! I want someone of AUTHORITY in your company to contact me TODAY!!!!! NOT SOME CALL CENTRE AGENT WHO WILL EMAIL ME BACK AND FORTH!
