Still struggling

I joined planet and received a better deal from virgin and so I cancelled within the given week and was promised a full refund. It has now been over a month and no one will answer my calls or emails and every time I go into one of the branches they just shove me towards customer service who don't help me whatsoever. and some of my family members are having the same issue. Who knows how I can get my money back from these people??
