Still Paying For Cancelled Contract
I cancelled my Contract with Planet Fitness +/- 3 years ago, I emailed them and they emailed a confirmation that the contact has been cancelled. Still to this day after countless phone calls and back&forth emails they still deduct R265 from my account on random date and sometimes 2 debit orders as a time. I reverse the debit orders but I am afraid of what this is doing to my credit record and I'm afraid they will have debt collectors after me because of their slackness.
