Still lack of assistance

Shermerneese contacted me Friday and after our long conversation we established that I was wronged. She was to contact me on Monday so I can pay half the amount owing and reinstate my services. I then sent an email late yesterday to find out why she did not call and got a response from her that it was sent to her superior however he obviously did not call me. On my way home, I got a call from her superior who said the 5 dreaded words... \How can I help you?"really after almost 3 years of fighting my case he has the nerve to ask such a dumb question. I again reiterated that I wanted the CEOs contact details to which he rep**** he is the manager at the CEOs office? I want proof of that because he first introduced himself from customer care and said \""Shermerneese is one of mine\"" One of mine what??? She is a consultant at customer care.
