Still being debited

Good day ,I have a big problem, I joined the gym April 2019, and since I stayed so far I went really not to often but I paid for the duration of the 2 years with the club, that said ,I called an agent after the 2 years in April and she confirmed that she canceled my contract, but the gym have not stopped the debits it's end August now and yet another debit went off this morning, can someone off Planet fitness please get in contact with me and if possible return my money, since legally my 2 years is done and there is a cal I made in regards to cancellation, so I believe you owe me 3 months money, I am going to my bank today to reverse the debit as I can but please can someone get a hold off me .Regards Heinrich
