Still awaiting feedback from randfontien branch

Good day

On Monday my wife signed up with the gym in randfontien , I was in the process when apparently it was picked up there was an unpaid amount still reflecting on my name, the person on my wife's application was Martin , I was told I would be contacted before 10am yesterday once it was found out what the issue was, to which I am still awaiting a phone call... I am looking to take out a 2 year contract the same as my wife, In around 2007 my membership was frozen after I sent in a signed document and letter as to the reason I could not continue with it as I was moving to a place where there wasn't a planet fitness, in 2010 I moved to port Elizabeth to where I rejoined planet fitness walmer park to where is assumed my membership would be reactivated, I joined there with no issue's, on our return to Johannesburg i once again filled out freezing forms ,but when trying to reactivate my Membership this week there was an issue , please advise on the way forward as this gym is closer to home ,but I do have the option of joinng Viva gym which is closer to where I work
