I joined the Illovo gym a month ago and my first debit order set for R287 went off on the 31/05/2025 which is what I accepted the mandate for but to my surprise they also debited me R899 which I did not authorise and I do not even know What its for. When I phoned the branch and the customer care I was told it was a billing error and I should wait 15 working days fora refund. *** when that is money that was supposed to be debited for MY LIFE COVE? I regret so much living virgin active for this nonsense gym and I need my money today becuase should anything happen to me and life cover lapses I will take this gym to court. I am gonna cancel my membership and will not refer anyone to tis ****ty gym with no service ata all. I spoke to very useless agents at Planet fitness customer care and no help at all Arthur Lukhele very useless, Dimakatso Moherane and Keke Mokhethe and even the so-called Team leader who was supposed to call me from 8am today has not even attempted to call me. I NEED MY MONEY TODAY. YOU CANT TAKE MONIES UNATHORISED AND EXPECT PEOPLE TO WAIT 15 DAYS.
