steam room is of weekly,on weekends, before 15.00

The ladies steamroom is off every weekend in the afternoon.

Every time,I have to get dressed,walk to reception an ask them to turn it on. This is between 14.00 and 15.00 in the afternoon.

I have to wait half an hour before a cleaner shows up to turn it on

Clearly there is no respect for paying members. I left a message for tjhe manager to call me before noon tomorrow,before I escalate the matter to the area manager.
