STEAM ROOM

Good Day i am very disappointed in the club in hennops park as it's been more than 10 weeks now and the steam room is still not fixed in the male changeroom i like steaming after a workout and there is no water hose in the steam room to clean off the tiles where you have to sit which means the steam room hasnt been cleaned for at least 10 weeks so the germs grow freely there i,ve complained easily 20 time to the staff etc at the club but it doesnt seem to resolve the matter they just say they are waiting for the steam room company to fix the problem but if a company cannot give you a service to fix the steam room in a weeks time then you should get a different service provider to actually see to this issue
