*****ing my money

<p>I double payed by mistake more than a month ago, when i called the woman picked up the double payment and told me she would refund me my money of R456. I emailed the next day to be told it takes 14days to be refunded which is bull **** i personally think, why does it take a company of that size 14 days to refund me R456. so anyway after 2 weeks had gone i still did not have my money, i called again and the lady said yes i can see that there was a request i will put in ANOTHER ****** REQUEST, i asked do i have to wait the full 2 weeks she told me no i will get it this friday that passed, Its now Tuesday and i still dont have my money, I am going to be going to the papers about this because its theft, they are refusing to give me money back and to make matters worse they are still debiting my account. I will be canceling my contract and from what i see Planet Fitness Parklands needs all the members it can get. </p>
