*****ing from my account

This is the fourth time I am writing this. I cancelled my Planet fitness account 4 months ago, paid my cancellation fee. Received an email from planet fitness that its cancelled. Still every month 1st they deduct R 299 from my account. I have phoning customer care, writing here, emailing. Nothing helps!! <br> I guess I need to go to do a police complaint for *****ing money from my account.
