*****ing and so unprofessional

I joint Planet Fitness Queenswood in Dec 2018. I paid R125.00 for my tag to enter the club. On the 28th my fiance and I decided he also want to train. I made a payment of R149 for a black tag on the 28th of Dec 2018 so he can start training in Jan 2019. On the 1st of Jan 2019 Planet Fitness try to deduct another R149.00 for a black tag which did not go trough as I already paid on the 28th.

Planet Fitness are now refusing me to train they want their R149. This is unacceptable so unprofessional. I have bee warned about Plant Fitness. So sorry I didn't listen!!
