Stay away from Planet Fitness, the fittest ****s and stick to Virgin Active.

On reading the reviews of this business I realize that Planet Fitness lies to its clients to get you in and once in the game changes. I have had nothing but lies told to me with regards to gym membership fees. The sales consultants is the biggest con man out there and he makes empty promises and continues to lie about sorting out our account. You can't get hold of management to escalate the matter we have sent emails requesting meeting but get no response. It is so sad that business treat clients this way. We have now been handed over for amounts we did not agree to pay and we have no one who can assist with rectifying this because this is how they operate to get you on board and then change the agreement thereafter. Every time I spoke to the sales consultant the goal post changed. This process has been completely frustrating and I would never recommend planet fitness as a business to anyone.
