Stay away from Planet Fitness

Planet Fitness is a **** !!!

So It happened that I owed my gym premium for February. I was called times without number by planet fitness agents to make the payment immediately. On the 20th Feb I paid through EFT as I received a call to pay again. On the 25th February The debit order of the same ammount went through.

I went to enquire at the gym, thus Planet fitness Cashan in Rustenburg. A lady by the name of Nesh checked my profile and said nothing can be done because the debit order was already set to go through on the 25th. So the maybe the extra money that I paid will be used as my premiums for 2 months to come.

How will the debit order be manipulated if it couldn’t the 1st time before they debited the same amount I paid.

Im about to cancel this membership ASAP
