Stay Away From Planet Fitness

Worse decision I have ever made signing with Planet Fitness Lynnwood. I have given them a call in March 2020 before Lockdown to cancel my account, the agent ask me if I want to freeze the account and I said no. After lockdown they keep on deducting from my account where I choose to reverse each transactions. I call them earlier today and the agent have no record of me calling, they gave me up to the debt collectors. I have to pay a cancellation fee of R2500+- and the debt collectors want all R4000+-

I am heavily upset about Planet fitness's service, assistance and that they are ******. They kept deducting from my account, the call centre is useless and I would never ever in my whole life recommend Planet Fitness ever to someone.
