STAY AWAY - BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER GET RID OF THEM

Be careful in dealing with this *********** bunch of people.

I cancelled my membership in May 2018 because I am on a month to month contract.

I have sent numerous emails requesting that this membership gets cancelled, and they still deducting premiums of my account. No one ever answers your mails, or call you back.

After calling them again, and holding on for 20 minutes so that I can speak to someone, as soon as my call gets answered and I start speaking about cancelling they drop my calls.

They even had the audacity telling me that I must pay a cancellation fee.

I honestly don't how to deal with them, and if I look at all the complaints on this website, it looks like common thing with them not helping their customers.
