STARTING ******** PROCEEDINGS AGAINST YOU

You have *******ly deducted funds from my account via debit order for a few months after I have terminated my membership with you. I have sent you an email on 2 February 2015 whereby I clearly instructed you to not debit my account and to repay the amounts that you have ****** from me. <br> Debiting my account without my consent constitutes theft. I very clearly stated in my email that, should you go ahead with your ******* practices of *******ly debiting my account, I will report you to PASA (The Payments Association of South Africa) and start ******** proceedings against your company which I will do today. <br> You are in breach with the PASA rules and regulation and in breach with many of the rules guiding the use of debit orders. I am going to ensure that an investigation is done on your company to expose these legal operations and if found guilty, you will never be able to use any debit order system in South Africa again. If I look at all the Hello Peter complaints (only in March 2015!), I am sure that I am not the only one that you have ****** from and you should be held accountable for this. <br> <br>
