Staff incompetence planet fitness brakpan

I only started gym this month after leaving virgin active..so i am not fami**** with equipment operations...i have been doing cardio since the 1st day i came..i decided today to try out the other floor machines after my cardio session...and figured they have too many levers..i went to the desk to ask Evelyn for help as i couldnt see any other staff on the floor..she said shed find someone and i should go wait by the machines....5 min passes by...still waiting..looking like a fool.....5 other min passes by...ive lost my gym motive.....decided to go back to the desk..Evelyn says i can't find anyone..the only lady who can help you is upstairs.... So i figured maybe i should have brought my own PT i would not have to bother anyone....i mean out of the whole team not one could sacrifice 2 min to help...i dont need a baby sitter..show me once and im good......i left the gym feeling all they want is your money..no regard for member support....at this point im regretting leaving virgin active....tried to write to planet fitness on their website..it gives me error when sending message??♀️
