Spinning classes cancelled without notice

Our spinning class at Hennops Park on Monday mornings has been cancelled witout notice. This is a year after when the Wednesday 8 am spinning classes were cancelled, also in a high handed manner.

The winter attendance varies from 6 - 12 spinners. The 5 am and afternoon classes attract more people. In our opinion the gym is there to provide a service and not only to make money. There are good reasons why not everybody can attend the early of afternoon classes.

Our gym instructor Charl went one month without pay for Monday classes because he did not know of the cancellation. This is grossly unfair. He keeps on presenting the Monday classes witout pay because this is appreciated so much by the spinners.

The new gym manager Jaco Botha promised to take the matter up with his head office. After one and a half months we still haven't heard anything from him. The owner of Platnet Fitness (Manny) is preaching good customer relationships in the magazines but never gets as fat as implementingenting it.

They are upgrading a Planet Fitness gym near Hennops park in Centurion. Many of these people come to train at Hennops Park. There is no effort by the management of Hennops park to promote the spinning classes to clients from the other gym. There is clearly a lack of fitness of the mind by the management of Planet Fitness.

I also see that Platnet Fitness is one of those businesses who don't respond to Hello Peter complaints.
