Spin class instructor makes me LIVID

<p>Hi. The subject of this rant is the spin class instructor at planet fitness Claremont who does the Thursday night class. The online schedule and schedule on the notice board says that the class starts at 5.30pm and ends at 6.15pm. She however insists on finishing by 6.25pm even 6.30pm. I have logged a complaint with the manager who has spoken to her but she insists on ignoring the schedule.. as a member who's fees are paid every month i feel that my rights are being ignores and infringed upon. She says her class comes 1st... but not if she is breaking rules. I have contacted planet fitness via instagram 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from them in this regard. I feel.that my complaint is being ignored as not even a follow up call, text or email has been made to me. Every Thursday eve my time is wasted by her. I have a daily schedule that goes over 6 days. And Thursday eve is as important as every other workout that i do. I am frustrated by her constant disregard of my rights . I am LIVID as she does this without consequence. Please help me resolve this issue</p>
