Speechless

Today I just recieved a letter of demand for my dead husband from lawyers for planet fitness even after telling them in January he passed away in December and that I am not working and please could they cancel the memberships never once was I emailed back about money outstanding or or even after sending them emails why are they still trying to debit my deceased husband's account not one of them emailed back honestly planet fitness you could have handle this better and emailed back.

Please could you let me know how Hendrik Botha (despite demand you have failed, and/or refused and/or neglected to pay) has done this IF HE IS DECEASED!!!

Wow planet fitness after sending you numerous emails stating hendrik Botha Passed away in December and why are you still trying to debit a deceased person you guys did not once responded back to me on emails
