So Unprofessional, clossing of complaints with out resilutions;!! Planet fitness bellville

I logged a complainted about a staff member that insulted me at the gym last week ref PF ********** , a day latter a get an automated email from the Bellville planet fitness that the complaint has been closed, how??? I never even got any feedback regarding my complaint, regarding the unproffesionalism of their staff member, is this how planet fitness does things or is the manager also part of the unproffessional staff behaviour??? I would like this matter to be handled in Treating clients fairly (TCF) manner is this riddiculous!
