So not gonna recommend Platnet fitness to anyone

I sent an email on the 02 of February already in 2019 to have my membership canceled as it was the end of my contract and no one responded to me and I’m told the was an automatic renewal for what? And how do you decide that I wanna renew without actually communicating with me regarding this? I’m pregnant and unemployed so I will not be able to pay that because my membership contract was for two years which I did and it ended please attend to this my name is Sisanda Ralane I was a member at Platnet fitness in Fourways the buzz.
