So disappointed

Very disappointed by planet fitness Durbanville today , went today with my daughter as a dependant caring birth certificate they told me to bring unbridge certificate to prove that is my daughter and this was never explained when joining they let us go did not even further explanation or call the consultant who helped me to join Felt vey unwelcomed am very disappointed starting from yesterday when a debit order did not go through but understood and pay it same time I was supposed to be told everything about joining gym they made my experience very bad.
