After the out of minimum period cancelation of my PF subscription I received a double debit order from them, followed by another double debit order in the next month followed by another one the month after before I blocked it.

I had requested a statement from them, they maintained that I owe them a month's fee to which I questioned the unaccounted D.O.s That went off. They responded time and time again with I owe them money followed by them closing my customer service Ref. making me log a new one. It has become a habit to read their generic and log a new Ref.

They are as yet unable to prove that I have an outstanding fee and to date maintain I owe them. They have sent debt collectors after me, several times.

According to my certified bank statements they owe me which is the irony.

I've simply requested proof but they're sidestepping the problem.

If you want to waste you're time and money. PF is the right place.
