<p>I have been paying my plannet fitness account for two years and i was given a settlement account of wich i have settled. I have now recieved an email letting me know that i owe more than R13000.00 on this account. When i called the call center they have no clue of what i am talking about. This is highly unacceptable and unfair. Although i was unemployed when i had this account, i tried by all means to pay it since i could not cancel the membership. someone needs to get on this complaint as soon as possible. I cannot afford to be blacklisted for something i clearly had no control of.</p> <p>From a very angry client.</p>
