Simply horrible

<p>So I took out a contract 2 years ago July to gym with planet fitness. This year as the membership is coming to an end I'm getting happy because 499 rand is a lot to b wasting per month as I haven't been fuming at this particular gym in long. . So comes August I get debited again but I figured u know what its the last one. . . Then September comes all of a sudden I get debited 550 rand so I call them up and they tell me it's price increase and that after the 2 years the membership turns into a month to month membership. . tHey say they Sen a message in June to my old number and all that. I say it's fine I wana cancel it so it doesn't happen again and quite literally now even though I'm cancelling it 4 days after the debit went off bare in mind it took me 3 days just to get hold of anyone in planet fitness . . .they say I am still gonna pay for this month thus wasting 1100 rand . . The ways and means of the gyms membership seems like its just a money grabbing thing some of us can't afford to have our wallets ripped apart like this. . All that was needed was abit of communication they can send emails trying to sell memberships and classes and all but they can't send a decent e-mail just stating that certain things are happening with your membership and asking us as the clients how we would like to proceed. . . </p>
