Just when you think a branch is useless (Middelburg Planet Fitness) and you think that Head Office can help you!!! No reply after 6 days. Calls logged PF *** PF ***. Called on Saturday morning again. Zandile answered from Call center. Tells me they don't take phone calls on Saturdays (yet she answered) - only emails!!! Send emails. NO REPLIES. Can the Regional manager for Mpumalanga, or the SERVICE MANAGER for Planet Fitness OR THE CEO OR THE GM (any one who is willing to help) please call me back or send an email or telephone number (that is not the general number) so that I can contact you.
