Signed up for a wrong gym

I joined Just gym under planet fitness in moreleta park for a just gym opening in Mamelodi,the person who was helping me is Charles and I had specified to him that I want the Mamelodi gym When I went to Mamelodi to collect my tag I was told to go to Just gym Acardia because that is my home gym and I would need to do a transfer of R200.I went to Moreleta Planet fitness and spoke to the sales manager by the name of Willem who called the customer care and asked them log a query regarding the mix up of gyms I received a reference number and he promised to call me on the same day later it was Thursday 25. On friday 26 I called planet fitness moreleta and left Willem countless messages he never got back to me I even called the call centre and spoke to a lady by the of Vanessa who promised to get back to me but until today I’m still waiting Since then I havent heard anything from him Willem,Charles nor the callcentre.I need clarity regarding my membership and for the person who mixed up my stuff to fix it so I can start going to the gym I joined in Mamelodi
