Should have gone to Virgin Active

The worst fitness club I have ever joined. The consultant George did not tell me about all the hidden cost. The sales consultant just calmly said well it's in you contract. So I had to pay double debits this month. As no one from planet fitness had the courtesy to call me and explain this. I went in for a opperation and put my acoount on hold and not one of the consultants that I spoke to mentioned all these cost!! So I decided to cancell my membership and I have now phoned to confirm if anyone has recieved my proof of payment for the third time. To my shock I had to resend the pop again. After the consultant gave me the wrong reference number. I have now paid in total R4794!!!!! And my membership is still not cancelled and not one person from planet fitness has called me to appologise regarding this. Would give 0 stars If I could!!!
