Shoddy treatment

On 10th October I asked for assistance on a paid up Account of my Daughter's gym. A short summary, paid up the account about 6 months ago, heard absolutely nothing till last month when a mandate on my bank account for *** and a arrears notice comes up yet again. She has not been back to Gym due tto problems beyond her control. She dosent even have a tag!! A week later Im still waiting. This is shoddy treatment to say the least. Please sort this out as soon as possible. I am unable to speak on the phone due to my job so please send all communication via my email you have on record Thank you.
