Shocking sign on service

Trying to get an access tag for my son for the gym has been a painful process. One hour wait and still no tag. Reception, manager, office staff all have no clue First no one knows which forms to fill in for a minor dependant access. Then their online access system is not working. And no one can provide an interim solution.
