Shocking service..... Unacceptable

I've been a member of planet fitness since September 2020. Since then it's been nothing but issues. I signed up my family for a special at the Parkland Cape Town gym. I was told it's a 12 month contract. Only to be sent the contract later with 24 months scribbled on the side notes. Apparently now I'm stuck in a 24 month contract. I them moved to Jhb IN March 2021 and ask to transfer my membership. There is one planet fitness near me. And I now have to pay double the price as it's apparently a premium gyms. From the get go to sign myself and my 3 kids in has always been an issues. They tags never work and it's always a 100 questions from untrained staff as to why my tags dont work. Have I sent my ID gave my kids been registered? I mean after the 20th time explaining and ofte to the same people that don't bother to remember to help it becomes unacceptable. Fast foward to Jhb gym now it a whole new set of sign in rules. New Tags and aDifferent process. But tags still never work and have to sign in every time with a 10 minute explanation and yet more than a year down the line no one has bother to help fix our tags..... Once signing up I was told by the sales person my youngest needed to be 8 to use the treadmill stepper and bikes. She turned 8 in July 2021and now she is using the machines u der my supervision. Doing this for months now... Old be the told yesterday by the manager that she cannot. And he does tell me her mother... He had the bad manners ask her her age and tell her to get off. And I was already annoyed because 10 minutes prior there was agian the signing in drama more than a year after i joined!!! The gym at the counter telling me I have a new contract I need to give my ID and my kids birth certificates.... Everyone staff member had a different story. U trained. No one is on the same page with rules and regulation and just general slapgat as they say in afrikaans. I've been a member of virgin active and a few other private gyms. Planet fitness has by far been the worst experience... Just when u think it's over issues start again.. Oha dn when in complain and say I want to cancel my contract.. All they say is sorry you can 24 months. Yet it's ok that they offer a shocking and unacceptable service!!!! Do not sign up with this gym. Huge disappointment. And from the other reviews here I can see I am not the only one!!!
